There is a $30 extra fee to be paid at the Continuing Education desk at the conference.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds are given for cancellations received in writing before December 26, 2007.
There is a $100 non-refundable fee for all cancellations.
You may assign your registration to someone else at any time at no charge.
