Binaural beats are created when two tones are detuned from each other by a small amount. For example, if you have a tone generator creating 100 hertz and another one putting out 102 hertz you will hear the difference between the two tones, which is 2 hertz. Whenever this frequency matches a particular brainwave state, such as Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, or Gamma, it will entrain your brain into the same brainwave state within a minute. The science behind this is well researched. Using EEG you can see the brain vibrating at the same rate as the Binaural Beat.

When you wear headphones, not only do you go into the particular brainwave state, you synchronize your left and right brain across the Corpus Callosum. Having your left and right brain synchronized is an ideal state — particularly for creativity or dealing with life.

However, each our brains, naturally vibrate at different frequencies within the ranges of each brainwave state:
Delta – .5-4 cycles per second
Theta – 5-7 cycles per second
Alpha – 7-12 cycles per second
Beta – 12-20 cycles per second
Gamma – Over 20 cycles per second

For example, we all go into Delta during deep sleep. However, my Delta is naturally a bit different than yours. When we find an match your natural frequency for a particular brainwave state it is much more effective. We believe (based on research in the field) that this natural frequency is tied to your Root/Soul or Signature Frequency. We have been using multiple techniques at the Institute to find this Frequency over the last 7 years and have gotten really good at it.

Therefore, the treatment begins with a Root/Soul assessment. We then create a CD in your key with binaural beats in Alpha, Theta and Delta frequencies tuned to your frequency. Alpha is a state of relaxed attention, and has been shown to help with ADD, ADHD, memory, and mental acuity. Theta is an extremely creative state. Delta is deep sleep where you are completely connected to Source. When listened to on headphones the combination of frequencies provide powerful entrainment into these states — and they are all tuned to you.

At the Institute
At the Institute, the assessment takes about 20 minutes. We then make the CD for you and play it through the Sound Table. You then take the CD home and use it as often as is convenient for you.
