Sacred Food Gift of the Gods

Eating is a moment that we are all waiting for, thinking what we would like to eat, different kind of dishes, different mixes of flavors, fruits, desserts, etc.
But many times when this expected moment comes, most of us don’t enjoy it as we were waiting for, or expecting that moment to be. In fact most of times we don’t notice  how fast we ate our food, we don’t even take the time necessary to chew and dissolve all the flavors, spices, aromas in our mouth. Something what we were waiting for hours is gone in minutes. We realize it when our dishes are empty and there is nothing left.
