Frequently Asked Questions
for using Frequency CD’s on the Body
Most of these CD’s are meant to be played on the body
with headphones or external computer speakers.
Place the headphones or speakers right on the part of the body
that has the issue.
We highly recommend using the WAV version of the frequencies (versus the MP3 version).
When putting frequencies directly on the body research has shown that low quality sounds are not as effective. However, if you don’t have room on your computer for such large files, we provide links for MP3 versions.
If downloading the CD’s it is best to put all of the songs into a playlist in Itunes or Windows Media Player and set the order of the songs as indicated in the word document in the download (although the order is not critical, we do recommend the orders included in the download).
Many headphones or external computers don’t have a lot of bass and you will not get the low frequencies, however this is not a big deal at all. If you can find some small speakers that have a large amount of bass the effect is even more enhanced.
1. At what volume should this be listened to?
I like to play it really quite loud, but not so loud that the speakers start distorting. If you put the speakers flush on the body you shouldn’t hear it very loudly in the room. As mentioned, headphones or external computer speakers are the best so you can get it right on the body part.
2. How often do I play them?
2-3 times per day, if possible. You could do shorter sessions where you do 5-10 minutes the freqencies.
3. What should Not be done a) with b) before, or c) after listening?
You can do just about anything before, during or after, since this is not an emotional treatment… it is purely physical.
4. What will make listening more effective?
Having the speakers right on the body … preferably one on each side of the body part or limb so the sound pulses through from side to side
5. When do most people begin to see results?
It totally depends on how chronic the issue is. It also depends on how receptive the body is to sound. Pain is often gone in one treatment. Other issues could take 1-3 weeks
6. What side effects do people report?
You can overdo it with the Endocrine Gland CD. Normally 5-10 minutes is enough. Otherwise, we haven’t had anyone report any side effects at all.
7. Under what circumstances should one Stop using the CD?
If it irritates any part of the body and causes pain, or if the sounds make you overly anxious.
8. When should someone continue using the CD even if they think they should stop?
I would trust your intuition and stop if you think you should stop
Note – Because we have so many versions of each CD they are often
individual copies made from the Studio Master.
Therefore, they may not come in a sealed package.
