2. Uplift- This song starts with the “iso-principle” technique, which matches the energy of the person. It then, slowly and very gradually takes the listener from a low mood into a high state of bliss. At the peak it utilizes fast rhythms to entrain the brain and raise the mood. It also goes to higher and higher pitches, which activate the mind. Tibetan bowls are used in abundance to also create a calm but activated state. Rain (with a bit of thunder and lightning) is also used to activate, adding in the psychological aspect of cleansing the mind and body of negative emotions. It leaves the listener in a calm and peaceful state, quite activated from all that has gone on. Binaural beats in Alpha are embedded throughout the song to entrain the listener into an active state of relaxed presence.
