CD’s Based on Cymatic Frequencies
(the most well-researched frequencies in the field)
Most of these CD’s are meant to be played on the body
with external computer speakers.
Place the speakers right on the part of the body that has the issue.
Use headphones or external speakers and place them right on the part of the body with the issue.
If using headphones, wrap them around that part of the body.
We highly recommend using the WAV version of the frequencies (versus the MP3 version).
When putting frequencies directly on the body research has shown that low quality sounds are not as effective.
However, if you don’t have room on your computer for such large files, we provide links for MP3 versions.

David’s Recommendations for PainI recommend playing the “Muscles” music file on the body for most pain. Even if the pain is coming from a source other than the muscles (like nerves) the muscles around the issue commonly still resonate some of the tension and pain. The “Nerves” songs can also be good for specific nerve pain. |
