Each of the 5 songs were created for Integrative Therapy Departments in hospitals and are being used throughout the United States.

UPLIFT
This song is specifically for Depression.  It begins with a dark energy and over 10 minutes slowly progresses to a bright activating energy full of love and light.   It utilizes fast rhythms to entrain the brain and raise the mood. It also goes to higher and higher pitches, which activate the mind. Binaural beats in Alpha are embedded throughout the song to entrain the listener into an active state of relaxed presence.

FINE FOCUS
The key to activating the mind for better focus is 1) High frequencies – According the research of Alfred Tomatis, high frequencies activate the mind, and low frequencies calm the body, and 2) Change – Based on the study of neuroplasticity of the brain, constantly changing information creates new neural pathways and keeps the mind alert. This song incorporates both of these components — high frequencies and constantly changing melodies. Also 32nd notes have been shown to create more activity and focus in the brain. Alpha and Beta binaural beats are included for maximum activation of the brain (also good for ADHD).

OVERCOMING FATIGUE This song takes the listener slowly out of the fog of fatigue into a light and high frequency peaceful vibration. It uses left and right panning to return the person to a state of presence. The harp helps to open the heart and cleanse the Soul with the quality of its timbre. Binaural beats in Alpha are embedded throughout the song to create a relaxed and awakened presence. It’s like the song brings you back to stillness as if you have had a little nap — ready and awake for the rest of your day.

STRESS RELIEF This song has a sweet slow melody, with some depth and power, that lulls us out of our day to day to stresses into a deep state of peace. The chimes at the beginning and end are a Crystal Harp made of quartz crystal tubes. The frequencies and tonalities are especially effective for relaxation. The song also includes voice and cello focused on creating a peaceful and relaxing state. Binaural beats transition from Theta to Delta in order to further help with the relaxation.

NO MORE HEADACHES
The frequency of 1.45 hertz is embedded as a Binaural Beat to activate the Pituitary, Hypothalamus and Pineal Glands. It also synchronizes the left and right brain and entraining us into a deep meditative state. These two frequencies have gotten rid of headaches in numerous instances at the Institute.

This album includes Rivers, Streams, Waterfalls, Rain, Crickets and Whales. It is also includes Golden Mean Frequencies. We started with the frequency of the earth and then multiplied it by 1.618 (the Golden Mean Ratio). We then multiplied that frequency by 1.618 and so on until we had 8 frequencies. We oscillate in volume between them.

We also added bass tones in G flat with phasing to have waves of bass move through your body when on a Sound Table, Sound Lounge or when using a Bass Vest.
