    At the Institute
    At the Institute, we put you on the Sound Table and play each of the 12 notes to see which one makes you the most peaceful.  The assessment takes about 20 minutes. We then make a Music File for you and play it for you while you are on the Sound Table. You then take the song home and use it as often as is convenient for you.  You can get downloads or a physical CD.
    The cost is $85 and takes about 1 hour total.

    We play each of the 12 notes to see which one makes you the most peaceful, calm and still.  You will need headphones or earbud to be able to hear the assessment tones. 

    We then tune the Music File to you.

    The cost is $85 when done online and could takes 20-30 minutes.  If you prefer a CD mailed to you it is $20 (International is $40)

    Listening to your CDs/Downloads
    You will receive 1 song.   Each song is 20 minutes each.  The key of the song and the Binaural Beats are tuned to you. The song is “Awakening.” It is very pleasant to listen to.

    The Music actually does work on normal speakers.  They are a little more effective on headphones.

    You can listen for 20 minutes or longer if it feels good.  You can also put the CD on the background — it is good background music while working.
